Formerly ThinkingPhones, this company allows the modern, mobile workforce to seamlessly communicate anytime, anywhere, across any device.

Original requirements

Initially, this company was working with 2 recruitment agencies that were failing to deliver the quality and quantity of talent that was needed for expansion.

Due to Oakstone’s extensive experience in assisting SaaS companies expand into EMEA, their EMEA VP approached Oakstone in November 2018 to source 4 salespeople in the UK. Whilst working on these hires, the company additionally invited Oakstone to source people in France, Benelux and Germany, working alongside their internal recruiter, Director of Talent Acquisition in the US and each of the Regional VPs across EMEA.
