MarTech software company Neolane, Inc. offers marketing automation and cross-channel campaign management software and services for business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketers. Paris headquartered Neolane software provides a cloud-based platform that manages direct marketing campaigns, leads, resources, customer data and analytics. The software also allows companies to design and orchestrate targeted and personalized campaigns from direct mail, e-mail, SMS, MMS and more. Paris headquartered and funded by Auriga Partners, XAnge and Battery Ventures.
Requirements
Neolane needed to source key sales leaders and other executives to drive growth in the UK and Europe and to educate markets about the strategic advantages its sophisticated technology could deliver.

Over seven years, Oakstone worked closely with the founding members Stephane Dehohoche (CEO) and Benoit Gourdon (COO) and provided Neolane with 45 executives across Europe including EMEA Services Director, UK Country Manager, UK Pre-sales Manager, UK Services Manager, EMEA Support Manager and UK Business Development Director.
