At every stage of the process, I could speak openly about my situation, the other recruitment process running concurrently with their role, and what I was looking for in my next step.

Every piece of advice and insight offered was correct and helpful to every interaction with the hiring company. It truly felt as though they cared about my career.

Most recruiters are quick to build a false relationship and let it die faster. Burnice and Tristan were not that.
